There are ablsolutely no refunds available to any one who purchases my items. The reasons are simple. I provide you with an email (orCD) that once you receive there is no way to "return it". I do guarantee the software to work in converting your Balckberry to work on Boost and will personally help you install the software if you have any problems which is why there is no refunds at all. If you happen to contact me telling me you think you were buying 300 dollar phones for this price then I do apologize but everything is clearly stated in the listing that its not a phone and that there are no refunds for this reason.
